Complaints Arrangements

If you have any concerns about your child's education, you should initially contact the class teacher followed by the Key Stage Leader.  If you concern cannot be rectified by the class teacher and key stage leader, please make an appointment to see the Headteacher.  If, after sharing your concern with the Headteacher, you are not satisfied with the outcome, you should write to the Chair of Governors c/o the school.

If you wish to speak to your child's class teacher, please contact the school office to make an appointment as the class teacher is unable to discuss your concern with you at length at the start of the school day.
